Terrible experience was waiting at the front for my food, that I already paid for online. A young man at the front was helping another customer in front of me and once he was done he didn’t Acknowledge me. So I saw my bag of food with my name on it and grabbed it. I was going to tell him hello, this is my order but instead he snatched the food from me as if I stole it and said don’t do that. I said if he had Acknowledged me, I would have showed him my order name, confirmation number and a barcode of my transaction online. I wasn't just taking or stealing it, I waited and he didn’t want to Acknowledge me standing there. Young man tom

Service was very cold. Spoke to others before acknowledging my existence. The customers where more friendly than the staff. As the only afro American in the location it didn't feel welcoming. The food was bland and luke warm.

We get takeout here often. The general Tsos is to die for! Also big fans of the chicken fried rice, beef lomein, Rangoons, and wonton soup. Never misses and the leftovers are also delicious!

I ordered for the first time at China Village. The owner served me, and I asked him about the difference between the two dishes. The owner didn't even look at me or answer my question. He just asked me which one I wanted. I told him I wanted to know so I could order, but he responded so rudely, was annoyed, and showed no desire to help. I won't be back. If you speak respectfully, you deserve the same respect in return. If you read the comments below, you will read that I am not the only one who said the owner is rude.

We placed a DoorDash order and received something entirely different -- far less food than we ordered that was $30 less than what we paid, yet the receipt DID have our name on it along with the incorrect order we received. We called the store at the number that was listed right on the receipt, and they couldn't even find any record of our order, which makes no sense since we did receive a different order from them with our name on it, eventually hanging up on us. We had to get a refund through DoorDash in the end. We will not be ordering from here again.
