Service is more interested in gossiping and giggling. The food was room temperature, 30 mins after opening it should have been hot. Shrimp was mushy and severely undercooked, when brought to the attention of the two girl they acted as if I was more of a nuisance than a paying customer. She grabbed the tray of shrimp and said she would take it in the back and re-cook it! Yikes!!!! The chicken wings are amazing about the only item that was hot and seasoned well. The food wasn’t bad. I would call it mediocre at best. .
This is a fairly decent Chinese food buffet, tasty & worth every penny of the $16. Not sure why some unfairly give it one star, do they realize they're in Pahrump and not San Francisco? This place has healthy options alongside unhealthy ones, if that's not good enough they've got a mongolian-like grill where they will cook whatever you want - included in the price ( but do tip the cook!).
I ordered steamed pork dumplings and chicken egg foo young. Both dishes were tasteless and just the worst Chinese Food I've ever eaten in my life. The Dumpling sauce was even disgusting. Will not be eating here again.
We were leery of visiting a Chinese buffet in a small town, but we were not disappointed. It was a Sunday afternoon for lunch, not too crowded, but busy. A lot of different variety of a lot of different types of food were available. It was nice to see real ice cream on the buffet. They even had sushi rolls, which was nice. Their peel and eat shrimp wasn't very good, and very difficult to peel. The service was slow and spotty. Clean interior. Most all of the dishes were good, some were a little cold or a bit old. Overall, I'd say not bad. I was surprised at the amount of food that was available. They even have a raw bar Chinese Hibachi.
My wife and I have been driving past this place for a long time without a second thought in fact, we thought covid had killed it, till one day we just happened to be right next door and hungry so we took a chance and were definitely surprised. The price point is roughly 30 for two people on a Sunday with drinks but worth every cent, they have a wide variety of foods and everything we tried was great, sadly we couldn't try everything because we ended up too dang full but we will certainly be back.
