Chinatown Medicaid(唐人街医药局)

I arrived feeling anxious, but Miss Dudnik immediately put me at ease when I got to her window. She is so kind and helpful. The office is clean and well-organized and the wait was surprisingly short. I was extremely impressed by my experience and am deeply grateful we have this kind of help in New York.

We visited Chinatown Medicaid on December 2, 2025, at 10 AM, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service. A special thank you to the Russian-speaking representative at Window #1 — Ms. Dudnik. She was extremely attentive, patient, and highly professional. Ms. Dudnik explained everything clearly in Russian, helped us with all our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and care truly made a difference. Thank you for such wonderful service! It’s always a pleasure to visit a place where you feel supported and understood. Highly recommend!

The staff member at the service window was very unhelpful and had a poor attitude. I brought my father to renew his Medicaid, but she refused to process it and directed us to go to Queens. When we arrived there, we were informed that the renewal could have been completed at the original office. This caused us unnecessary trouble and inconvenience.

I’ve been down there about six times one time I had somebody who was one of those people who I just have my job. I don’t really care the other few times especially three times in a row and met carrying people who took time really understood me and I got what I needed.

Erika Yohanes helped us get things fixed up with our account, great customer service. Very patient!!!Place was clean and staff was nice.
