Chinese American House

I did not eat at the restaurant so I can only review the food as I picked it up and had it at home. I had heard so many great things about this place that it is supposed to be the best Chinese food and that so many people love it. I was curious to try it out. The portion size was in my opinion really big and for the price very fair. Unfortunately the quality of the food did not convince me. I had the Szechuan Beef Spicy, some pieces were really chewy, others were fine, but overall I just missed flavor in the dish. I found it rather bland and not really spicy, though of course that is a matter of taste. The spring rolls were okay but I have definitely had better ones. Maybe I just picked the wrong dish or caught an off day but flavor wise there is still quite a bit of room for improvement.

Today was my first time ordering from here. I was really craving some good food, and based on the reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the bulgogi, vegetable lo mein, and spring rolls. Let me start by saying the presentation was great, the service was amazing, and the restaurant itself was very clean. But the food just didn’t hit the mark for me. It was definitely better than the last four spots I’ve tried, but still not quite there. The spring rolls tasted like they had been frozen, thawed, maybe even refrozen, then fried just off in texture and flavor. The lo mein was okay, but the veggies were overly soggy and the noodles a bit too chewy. As for the bulgogi, it lacked seasoning and didn’t seem to be marinated properly the flavor just didn’t go all the way through the

I’m sorry, the worst fried rice ever.Whole plate had about 5 to 7 shrimps. very little eggs, no vegetables no onions.

If you’ve not been here and want to try it: Absolutely do NOT! A waste of 53.00 buying food for my family. The sweet and sour chicken was awful. Dry and the sweet and sour sauce has a strange consistency. The veggie fried rice has weird veggies that I’ve never seen in veggie fried rice. The egg rolls were gross! I wish I would have just cooked at home. Lesson learned.

Very good service. The staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait long to give me my order. I love the food. Good atmosphere, clean place. I would definitely come again. Thank you for the good service!😉😊
