Chinese Gourmet Express

The food is delicious, warm, and the portion size is generous. The servers wear gloves, are friendly & are patient. I like the moderate price of the meal.

Tall asian guy is rude for no reason. He causes a problem then acts like it is you causing the problem. Got uptight cause i asked for xtra napkins. He yelled they in your bag. Then just bows and says ok ok thank you thank you. Like he doesn't understand english. I"ll never go back.

You have to holler at the worker to acknowledge you’re there. Dude was on his phone and had ear buds in. He kept picking up his phone every chance he could. Scoops noodles, picks up phone. Scoops chicken, picks up phone. Asks a second time what drink I’d like because he forgot already, picks up phone then fills drink. Takes my card to process payment, picks up phone. Food is mediocre. I’ll not be back, even if customer service was better.

This is the second time ordering from this place and the guy up front was rude. No way in hell I would go back the first time I thought it was me, the second time showed me no it really is him. Why are you so rude and had the nerve to call me rude because I told him no to a drink. Do better

I used to love this place but now it's not the same at all. My order was wrong and not $11 worth of food. Tried to call so they could fix the problem but no one answers the phone. This is the last time I eat here.
