The food was incredible, the service fast, and friendly. This space was gorgeous - the former Chinese Opera House - thanks Chinese Tuxedo for the best celebration for Lunar New Year!!! There were birthday parties and influencers taking pictures. We had the $88 banquet menu and the amount of food was obscene! Definitely stuffed after our meal. The oxtail buns, and hakashi crudo were divine starters. Also we ordered a burrata and cruller appetizer that was wow. Finishing with noodles, and fish and beef we were so full. But there's always room for dessert. They brought out two desserts! Everything so delicious. Gung Hay Phat Choy - Happy New Year and happy money everybody
This was absolutely AMAZING! We had the best waiter, Karina, who was so kind and patient. We had two dietary restrictions celiac disease and vegetarian. We got two separate menus with just gluten free and vegetarian options. The inside is absolutely beautiful in here. The food was so delicious. Karina recommended the eggplant which is something we never would have gotten and it turned to be one of the tastiest things I ever had. Karina also shared interesting history of the restaurant which was cool to learn about. Thank you so much Chinese Tuxedo for being so great and having an exclusive menu!
I had to leave a review after having the most amazing experience here this weekend. It was my husband’s birthday and they were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday night. The service was outstanding — Ashley was our waitress and the hosts at the front were exceptionally kind and helpful (particularly the man in the sparkly jacket but we didn’t catch his name sadly). On top of the service, the food was spectacular. Our waitress helped us choose a variety of shareable dishes and each one was phenomenal. I have pics of the half duck, dan dan noodles, and lobster noodles. We also ate the pork and chive dumplings, fried rice, sirloin, and fried eggplant. There isn’t any dish I wouldn’t recommend or get again!
If I’m being honest, the atmosphere and service were amazing, but the vegetarian food was not that great. We ordered for around 10-11 dishes (photos in the review), and it looks quite good. So, presentation is a 10/10 too. Out of all the vegetarian dishes, the Burrata was the best. The cocktails were nice too. I would not recommend the tofu dish at all, we didn’t enjoy it. The eggplant dish was good. So, in all I would say go for the non vegetarian dishes.
We had Matthew serving us for my birthday dinner and he had great recommendations like the beef and special shrimp fried rice. Great energy and demeanor. Manager/owner was also amazing, checking on us. Paradise park was a great drink as well as soju.
