Chipotle Mexican Grill

Honestly the lady who helped serve me was so kind and friendly that I will come back for sure. The food was fresh and wonderful. Very flavorful. Eating area was clean. Not crowded at all. Food was hot and all sides were excellent. Thank you Brittany for a great experience!

We ordered ahead of time and left a tip for a pick up order. Luckily we got all of our food on time but the orders were completely mixed up. It’s like whoever was making our burrito bowls just looked at the printed out stickers with our orders and put a little of one bowls ingredients in one and a little of the other bowls requested ingredients in it as well. I was able to eat mine but the mix up made my husbands food inedible for him. Pretty disappointed when he drove 40 minutes home to find this out.

I wanted a Quesadilla. Drove up to the window, and was told that I need to order inside, the drive through window is not for ordering food. Go inside and stand at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. When they finally take my order I am told "We have to make that over there (pointing 10 feet away), so you can only order that online for pickup". I went to Salsaritas and ordered a Quesadilla.

Ordered a burrito and a regular sized chips with cheese dip off DoorDash. It costed around $40 with a small but fair tip to the dasher. I can’t believe they are charging that kind of money based on what I received. The food quality is school food and food completely regret ordering from this place. I was expecting it to be the best burrito I would ever have for the the cost. It was not. Very cheap ingredients and filled to the brim with filler items such as cheap rice and sour cream and other low cost items. I am honestly confused about the prices based on what I received. Probably the worst money I’ve spent on something in a long time. It really sucked. I can’t believe they’re charging this much. I will send a report to the BBB and want to inform my community to avoid this chain at all co

I visited on 2/24/26 and the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. A couple of the staff members were kind and personable. The music and natural lighting were a nice vibe. It was a great workday lunch!
