Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle stays reliable and efficient. I went with my family and everyone found something they liked. The menu stays simple but flexible, so you control exactly what goes into your meal. Portions stay solid and ingredients taste fresh. The line moved fast and the staff stayed focused and professional. Orders came out accurate even during a busy rush. It’s an easy choice for a quick meal that still feels customizable and filling. Clean, straightforward, and consistent. Chipotle delivers on what it promises. Good food. Real options. Fast service.

For the most part I enjoy Chipotle, but there’s been a consistent issue at this location. Every time I order the regular chicken, it’s extremely spicy, so much so that I end up throwing it away because I can’t eat it. I’m not talking about the spicy chicken option, I mean the regular chicken. I don’t mind a little heat, but at this location it’s way beyond what I experience at other Chipotle restaurants. In fact, I often end up driving to the other Chipotle in Ashburn because the chicken there is never overly spicy and is exactly what I expect when I order the regular chicken. This has been happening for years, and I’ve even mentioned it to staff before. It really seems like the chicken at this location is being seasoned much spicier than it should be. THIS is the amount i was given. Did someone EAT out of it? Or are you guys too lazy to give someone the amount they asked for. im not ordering from this lazy terrible location again.

Been coming here since it opened but the last several years have been a disaster. Every time I come the portions are actually pathetic , service is so bad, and they can’t wrap a burrito. I forget how bad it is I come back the next year and get upset again. Cava portions next door are much better

One of my top Chipotle spots in the DMV area consistently delivers on both food quantity and quality. I highly recommend this Mexican Chipotle in Ashburn, close to One Loudon.
