Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was great. They were out of several things.. We went late... 10pm. They are open until 11pm. Some of the staff didn't seem happy to see us. I understand they were doing closing duties but it's not like we got there at 10:45... Even if we had, they're still open till 11... right? We were done by atound 10:30. They had cleaning spray around the drink station and had already dumped the tea. We asked for a fork and was told there was none and all they had were spoons. Wasn't the greatest experience. The temperature in the restaurant was very cold.

I went there with my girlfriend and it was her first time. She ordered the steak quesadilla and she wasn’t a fan so I asked the cashier, his name was Sylis and he was very nice, he got us taken care of with no problem at all! I appreciate it sylis great customer service you deserve a raise twin!!

People working were rude. We got there at 10. They close at 11. They had all the drinks torn down, out of most of the food, and out of several things. They were very upset we were here late even though it was over an hour before closing. Also, all the chairs on the whole half of the building were already put up on top of tables.

My first time eating there last month. The managers and staff were friendly and inviting. The bowls we ate were delicious and filling. Next time I will try a burrito.

Tables all dirty, it makes me think hows the kitchen. Service is no bueno. I asked for black beans and I pointed the the young girl serving that the beans are mix and she said "it's just a few" and didn't even bother to pick them out of my bowl. I didn't make a big deal about it but the crew has no common sense on how to treat customers.
