Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was the worst burrito bowl I've EVER HAD. I got the Barbacoa bowl and the only Barbacoa I got was Barbacoa fat. Disgusting. And the race was completely concealed as if they put way too much water in with the rice. Guess I won't be back.... so unfortunate.

The female employee was so kind. I felt so bad for them. All the reviews saying staffing was bad, that is incorrect. They were respectful and kind. As a retail worker as well, I understand it can take time. Please be patient with them and respect others the way you want to be respected. The staff are outstanding and amazing. The food was delicious.

I took my previous review back. I tried to give them a little more time to get it together being that this is a new location. First let's just start with the cooks. They were having an inappropriate conversation on why they date certain types of women/girls which I was highly offended because why are you talking about those things at work in the open. Secondly they can not ever keep up with the demand of product for service. They are always and I do mean always out of things if it's not at least a 20-30 minute wait for items. Third the lines are always long and they move with no since of urgency at all. Not all the employees are like this but my daughter was so excited to have a location near us but she would rather go to the gastonia location now. It has become habit that when we go here

Big thank you to all that were working on Wednesday, March 4th at 3-30pm! They really helped me out with getting my orders and didn’t pressure me to do anything I didn’t want to do. They were really patient with me and were kind. I truly appreciate the hospitality, especially because I don’t eat chipotle but ordered food for my family!

I’ve been to plenty of chipotle’s and have never had this experience. A few weeks ago it took over an hour to get my food through the pick up line, I thought maybe it’s cause its a new location. I went back the next week and had no problem then this week I am again waiting for over 30 minutes (and counting) past the time the order should be ready to get my food. This is my first ever review of any kind… Chipotle needs to get this fixed.
