Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am so disappointed at this chipotle in Bethesda Sunday, March 1, 2026. I ate my normal burrito and then the next day I end up getting food poisoning which is not a good feeling at all. Some workers do not change gloves properly like they should when they’re touching different foods cross contamination not cool at all so something’s gotta be better. It’s sad. I had to write this cause I love chipotle but some of the workers not changing the gloves properly using the same gloves to touch different part of the food , example touching chicken and then touching beef with the same gloves or touching cheese and touching rice. Those are just examples that’s I need y’all to do better the last time I went before it was fine but March 1 was horrible

Disappointing experience at this Chipotle location! Today, my friend and I visited this restaurant, but the service was subpar. The staff made several mistakes with our orders: - My friend was charged for guacamole he didn't order. - I was given a half scoop of everything, making my burrito almost a kids' meal size. - I was charged for double meat despite asking for just a little extra (which is usually free). - When we pointed out the mistakes the employees started started yelling at us. To top it off, we didn't receive our receipts and change, and when we went back to ask for them, the staff claimed they had already given them to us. The place was filthy. They had six trash cans filled to the brim, never changed. There was food and water all over the floor. A total mess. Had to clean our own table. they had 10+ tables that were unusable. The manager is lazy.

I've found a tiny stone in my Bowl that's not normal.. the food ain't bad but after that is most likely I won't come back

Don’t waste your time. I’ve eaten here about a dozen times, and this will be my last. I can only recall truly enjoying my meal once from this location. I always order the same thing: a brisket or chicken bowl. My bowl is consistently made sloppily—either something is too salty, or I’m served crumbs of meat. I could go on. I’ve even tried changing up what I put in my bowl to offset the salt, but it’s still too salty. The taste and flavor I expect from Chipotle just aren’t there at this location (Bethesda). Don’t take my word for it—try it yourself and let me know what you think. As for me, I’ve spent my last dollar here. They get tons of foot traffic because of their location—conveniently by the metro and open until 11 PM for late-night diners—but it’s not worth it. Save yourself the disap
