Chipotle Mexican Grill

As soon as I walked in, I almost and slipped and fell due to a huge puddle at the door, without a wet floor sign in sight. Out of Chicken, out of steak, out of chips, which we paid for in our meal before the workers realized they were out and made no effort to refund our order). Was out of queso, and when asked if there was any more, the workers reply was "I have some, do you want me to get it?". Trash cans were overflowing while we ate, and tables were filthy. Overall, the workers had no drive or urgency to keep up with the demand and quality of service for customers.

I don’t know about dine-in experience (maybe food and service is okay dine-in) but definitely 100% not recommending mobile pick up or placing food delivery order here. They used to be just slow on pick up orders. I did a few pick ups here before. Average wait is about 5 min and thats totally understandable and acceptable. Today I came in and noticed they have a mobile pickup shelf out but I don’t see my order on there. Waiting for 20 min and talked to someone and I was told my order must been picked up by other people. There’s no one checking if people are taking the right order. I literally saw someone not checking names on the receipt and just grab random bags and left. Pick up experience is the worst.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a fresh and satisfying Mexican food experience. The ingredients are high quality, portions are generous, and the flavors are well balanced. Service is usually quick, making it a reliable choice

I ordered the kids cheese quesadilla and was given a slightly warmed tortilla with luke warm cheese, not even melted. And in my friends burrito she found a giant chunk of onion no where near close to being cut enough. Would not recommend, choose one of the many restaurants around it.

Ordered ahead and arrived right when it said my food would be ready, which it was. I drove 10 mins back to work and it was already cold. I got a steak burrito. Chips were stale and WAY too salty/limey. The new red chimichurri sauce is too greasy, but probably not their fault.
