Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always has great customer service and pretty solid food. However I felt the need to do a review which I typically don’t do because of the vinaigrette. Whoever is packing the vinaigrette at this location is using way too much oil and not even mixing the seasoning. Wasting the store’s resources of it and lowering customer satisfaction simultaneously, management needs to sort that out.

A thick and short hair was in the pico de gallo. I was trying to be nice to ask for a new food and refund on store credit but the manager rosario denied my request. She dgaf tbh 😅 but it cool never spending money in her store and for you costumers be careful You can choke on a hair in your throat and even have a stomachache issue for a dirty hair.🫠 The kitchen is screaming for help to be fully clean!

My order was prepared and delivered on time, but I was very disappointed to find that the food arrived extremely cold. Heat is essential to bringing out Chipotle’s flavors, so this really took away from the meal. It almost feels like I’m being penalized for choosing delivery—even though I paid extra for both the food and the convenience fee. I expect the same quality whether I pick up or have it delivered. Please look into this, as the experience did not meet the standard I’m used to.

This chipotle is one of the best we have been to in a long time. The quality of the food was delicious, the portion sizes were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. 5 star experience! Shoutout to Lexie for being especially helpful and friendly. Happy Holidays!

Gross here. I try to give them a shot time and time again for my family of 5 because they like chipotles elsewhere and every single time this location fails. Adults can’t eat the food, kids barely do and say it’s gross. Sorry I ordered again. Chicken undercooked, tortillas hard and stale, (low portions of meat I guess for the best in this case here at this location). Truly disappointed.
