Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don't go to Chipotle very often only because it's out of my way. I really wanted to try the carne asada steak so I ordered the bowl, chicken burrito, side of chicken and a crispy chicken taco. Everything was good except for the steak, it was awful! I couldn't chew 75% of it, see pics, full of grizzle. I'll go back in time but I will never try the steak again. Employee was friendly and ordering ahead on the app was convenient and simple.

I ordered a large chips and guac. Got hardly any guac in the large cup. Couldn’t believe it when I got home.

SPICIEST CHICKEN EVER, MY 7 YEARD OLD WAS BARELY ABLE TO EAT HIS QUESADILLA. I think they also ran out of cheese because the quedasilla barely had any as well as my Bowl LOL I mean really so sad they do that. I order through uber eats and it sucks they do this . Also the steak on my bowl was cut into the tiniest pieces ever. TERRIBLE.

I have to say, my experience at the Chipotle in Bristol, CT was absolutely terrible. The customer service here is beyond unacceptable. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a so-called certified trainer named Sonya, and she is the reason I will never return to this location. Instead of handling a small, easily resolved issue with professionalism, Sonya chose to escalate it into a scene in front of a store full of customers. She was openly disrespectful, belittling, and condescending, raising her voice and making the entire situation completely uncomfortable for everyone around. What should have been a quick and simple visit turned into a public spectacle, all because of her unnecessary attitude. First time ordering online here. Order was ready when pickup said ready. Staff was very friendly even though they were packed. She gave me my bags and got home and everything was there and food was delicious. Will for sure order from this one again and hope to have the same experience.
