Chipotle Mexican Grill

We have been to alot of Chipotle's all around the country and honestly I felt compelled to write this one a good review. The service was great, greeted with a smile and very friendly and helpful, it's been a long time since we have really genuinely received a friendly smile at most food establishments so this was above and beyond. The food was excellent and delicious and the restaurant clean and well taken care of. 5 star experience all around!

Great quality, taste and portions are huge! Had a chicken bowl with extra guacamole. Took pic after having half of the dish.

This Chipotle experience was pretty good. Staff were nice and courteous. We went almost at the end of the day but she still served a freshly made chicken. They ran out of chips and fajitas but that was alright.

I’ve been to this location several times, and unfortunately the experience is always the same. They are consistently out of key items and never seem prepared for the busiest hours of the day. It’s especially disappointing since this is the only Chipotle in Brownsburg. There also appears to be a complete lack of leadership, which shows in the disorganization and poor service. By far, this is the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle location.

I really wanted to like this Chipotle. Unfortunately, this location hasn’t provided a great experience. I’ve visited multiple times, and my orders have often been incorrect and the customer service inconsistent. At one point, an employee (who was actually very kind) even suggested I try the taco truck down the road for better service and food. I hope the team can use this feedback to make improvements.
