Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good luck. There was 2 people In front of me and it literally took 15 mins to get my order. I’ve been to some really bad chipotles but this one takes the cake! This is what the think an edible burrito looks like. I didn’t ask for anything extra btw just added queso.

So at first we hate the way they asking for double meat or queso without explaining that this stuff is actually extra. This place is design to rip you off. Second: we ordered 4 meals and one specifically with queso. Little did I know checking that receipt at home and finding out that they charged me $1.70 extra per EACH MEAL. Just because I didnt check what they charged me - I got ripped off. - be aware. - & check your receipts. -I understand your low rating now.

So let me start by saying Sophia is great and gives exceptional customer service thank you. JOHN, I hope your not a manager. Idc if you got raw chicken at Publix before and they didn’t refund it. I hadn’t even paid for my meal wasn’t upset just wanted the issue of raw chicken to be corrected. I don’t need you to explain how the chicken is kept in a heated drawer for 2 hours or kept sat a specific temp. If we both are looking at raw chicken in my bowl. In the future Address the issue, fix it and keep it moving.. no one cares about the reason! As someone who owns and manages businesses.. fix the issue John and Explain less!!

I placed an order on the app around 8 pm and arrived at the drive through window around 8:20 for pick up. When we arrived the worker opened the window and asked for our name and stated they were still working on our food. We waited about 20 min at the window. During this time we could see directly into the restaurant through the window. There were a total of three employees that were working the drive though. Of the three there looked like one employee was working while the other two employees kept looking at us, laughing, and making faces. They were not making our food and being very immature. After about 15 min of them goofing off and laughing at us, they finally started to work on our food. During this time one of the girls went out of our view making our food. When she finally came to

Was craving a good chicken bowl. Placed an order, picked up (the 2 stars is for the convenience) took home. Opened and was met with a bowl of rice, some beans and a few sprinkles of chicken. Seriously?? No exaggeration, maybe 8 to 10 little nuggets as big as my thumbnail! Thank goodness I had beans in there otherwise it would've basically been a rice bowl! At $9 a bowl you need to do WAY better! Looking at the other reviews, I don't think this location is gonna make it if something doesn't change.
