Chipotle Mexican Grill

Online order was 15 minutes late to come out. They were busy so understandable. The food was horrible though. My chicken bowl had a very small amount of chicken. This is the last time I will eat Chipotle. *reply to Chipotle- I don’t want a free entree, I want you to fix the issue for everyone!

We ordered 3 burritos bowls via DoorDash tonight. What a disaster! Total incompetence there at Chipotle tonight. All 3 bowls had labels on with the correct ingredients we ordered. When we opened up the steak bowl it was pork with fajita vegis. That was completely wrong. The chicken bowl had cheese and corn and no salsas. Totally wrong as well, no corn or cheese ordered on that. This is total lack of attention to detail! There are mistakes but this is ridiculous. We will never order again.

I ordered four bowls from Chipotle to go, and all of them had undercooked rice, making the meals inedible. This was extremely disappointing. What made the situation worse was the inability to reach a live representative. I was directed to submit a complaint online, but after multiple attempts the form would not go through. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience due to both the poor food quality and the lack of an accessible way to resolve the issue. Chipotle needs a more reliable system for customers to report problems and receive assistance.

I love having chipotle here and the workers are normally polite but there’s this worker in particular that has never given me a nice experience. She is a short older women with badly red dyed hair. She always keep saying things about me specially calling me broke in Spanish not knowing I know Spanish.

Inconsistent quality of service and availability of food options. My last experience I showed up at 7:40 to order food and when I asked if more steak was being made, he said that was it for the night… they are open till 11pm. I find it hard to believe no one else would be ordering steak in the next 3 hours. I also ordered a salad and it wasn’t until I was ready to pay that he informed me there was no salad dressing. I would have ordered something different had I been told upfront there wasn’t salad dressing for my salad. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at the Burnsville location. I enjoy the food, but the quality of service and lack of food options is a huge reason I don’t eat here often.
