Chipotle Mexican Grill

Horrible, burrito was falling apart not wrapped well for me or for my friend. For a first impression, pretty bad service.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location was that bad. Consistently light portions, missing ingredients, wrong items added to my bowl, and unprofessional service. won’t be back.

Was impressed. I arrived when they were closed. I was expecting to be turned around, but the (I presume) owner met me at the door, and gave me a coupon for a free meal - explaining that they had just had a small party and still have food left over. He went out of his way to do that - I didn't even ask. Very commendable. I will be back to support him and this establishment.

I walked in and everyone was just staring—no proper greeting from anyone. The food portions were little too nun which was disappointing. For a brand-new location, the staff was extremely rude. I was really excited about this spot because it meant I wouldn’t have to travel to the Bloomingdale location anymore, but after this experience, I’ll definitely continue going there instead.

I visited this Chipotle location and ordered a steak burrito. The base price was around almost 10$ but the portion of steak was extremely small just one scant scoop. When I asked the employee to add some barbacoa along with the steak to make it more substantial, they added only one small scoop of each but charged an extra $5.60 per protein ($11.20 total extra). On top of that, a small side of guacamole cost $2.85. The final total came to $30 for a single burrito. I was never informed that adding a second protein would result in full double-meat pricing, especially for such tiny portions. No signage or verbal warning was given about the extra charges. It felt misleading and excessively overpriced. I hope management can address portion consistency and better communicate pricing to customers.
