Chipotle Mexican Grill

As I'm ordering my chicken bowl I seen a long black hair in the white rice. I told the employee and he said I will let my manager know. I finished placing my order debating if I still should. I never seen them remove the white rice containing the hair in it. You would think he would want to remove that so no one else would see it.

Came today for a chicken bowl, asked for a lil extra chicken. They said it’s gonna be double chicken charge. I said sure, they proceeded to put another small amount of chicken. I asked if they can put the right amount. She got frustrated with me an put a few more pieces. Then when it came time to pay. Charged me triple. A single bowl chicken bowl cost my $23…

Got double chicken and double corn yet my plate is half way full server was a white cacausion with glasses. I always go to Chipotle on McHenry and briggsmore and they definitely serve you what you pay for not a half a scoop of chicken!!!!

Consistent level of food and clean all around. My go to order; salad w/chicken, fajitas, black beans and white rice and ✌🏽vinaigrette dressings. Bon appetite

Ordered a salad here yesterday through the online ordering. Picked it up though the drive thru and when I got home I realized there was no lettuce…. In my salad. 🤨 I checked my order and lettuce was certainly listed. What makes a salad a salad??? Usually leafy greens…..
