Chipotle Mexican Grill

The service was amazing and the food was tasty! However, after eating it I did get a little sick. I don't know if it was because the food was sitting out too long or not cooked thoroughly. Either way I didn't feel good right after eating it until the next evening.

We arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes before closing and stood there for 5 minutes while at least 8 staff members were cleaning. Not one person greeted us, acknowledged us, or even bothered to look our way. We ended up leaving without buying anything because, honestly, the way we were ignored felt incredibly disrespectful and the lack of basic courtesy made us feel completely unwelcome. To make things worse, the people who walked in after us were immediately served. That was the final straw. Apparently, customers are invisible if they arrive before closing. It’s unacceptable for a place that serves the public to treat people this way. Closing time is not an excuse for being rude — respect and basic courtesy should never be optional. A lil crowed fah me. But that means that the biz is good. The staff is quiet but nice. Just youngins hustling and tryna have a good time at the same time but always attentive to customers needs. Diverse and balanced.

Chipotle is Chipotle. The food is always generally good. This location the food was ok. Some of the items looked like they were sitting out a while, and the lettuce and guac did not seem fresh and was brown in areas. The steak was super dry. Maybe it was that day. I love Chipotle in general, so trust this review is not to bash the brand. Also the staff was ok, didn’t seem welcoming or friendly. Hopefully it’s not like that all the time. My first time to this location.

Edit 09/04/2025: Chipotle resolved my issue with a free drink, when i had items missing from my meal. Thought “Okay, Whatever” and i ordered again today. They forgot my chips, queso was the wrong size, and missing cheese from my order. I understand mistakes happen, but twice in a row is ridiculous. Goes to show to not order from this location anymore. This isnt on the delivery driver either as everything is sealed in a bag. Took over 40 minutes to receive my order just for it to be missing over 50% of the bowl’s contents. Everything was cold, and support was only able to gave me a free drink voucher. Absolutely horrible for $25+ in food.
