Chipotle Mexican Grill

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to order at first because I saw a lot of one-star reviews. But I decided to give this new restaurant a chance, and I’m so glad I did! I was lucky to have my burrito made by a true professional who really knows what they’re doing. I can honestly say it was an incredibly delicious and satisfying lunch. I ordered through UberEats on November 5, 2025, and that employee truly deserves recognition. The food was amazing and felt really genuine. Thank you for making my day!

I literally eat chipotle every day. I figured since its a franchise it was a safe bet. Big mistake. No meat, a weird taste ive never experienced, cold ingredients. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Read the reviews that are good, they are obviously manufactured. If the food quality is this low, imagine what you DONT see. Worst burrito ive ever had. Worst chipotle ive ever eaten at.

I never write reviews, but this place earned one. I tried to give the new team the benefit of the doubt... three separate visits. I’ve been to dozens of Chipotles, so I know what the standard is. When I grab a bowl, I expect it to be WORKING OVERTIME. I want lettuce welded to the foil. I want structural integrity concerns. I want to open the lid and feel like I’m diffusing a burrito bomb. Instead, every time I come here, the bowl is playing it safe. We’re talking “barely grazing the rim.” Blink and it might qualify as a salad sample at Costco. I gave three chances. THREE. I’ve stopped by this Chipotle several times now, and every visit has been top-notch. The quality and consistency are always on point—everything’s fresh, well-portioned, and made with care. The staff keeps things moving quickly while still being friendly and attentive. Compared to other Chipotle locations in Connecticut, this one easily stands out for both service and portion sizes. Took my wife here for lunch, and the experience was a complete mess from start to finish. We waited about 25 minutes just to get our food — a bowl and a wrap — and by the time we reached the end of the line, the total was $47.72. That didn’t even include drinks or chips. For that price, I could have had a proper lunch at a fine dining spot. Due to time constraints, I didn’t want to cause a scene, so I went ahead and paid.
