Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve tried to dine at this establishment twice now, both times I didn’t even the chance to order! Today, they said they “will not take in person orders, only online orders.” The first time I tried to come here a few months they also completely closed early, even though their door stated they were open until 9pm.

As we were heading back to Denver, we popped into this Chipotle location and ordered a couple of bowls. We stop at many Chipotle locations across the country and this one was one of our best experiences! I was helped by both Wendy and Jerry who were wonderful, absolutely wonderful. We had a nice chat and some laughs while they were preparing our food and it was just great to visit with some new people. Nowadays, it's more difficult to find good customer service and friendly people when going out, but we definitely found it here. You could tell that they were happy and enjoy working to satisfy their customers. The atmosphere was clean and lively. The only thing that I would change would be the music selection, it was a little out dated, a new playlist might be nice. Anyway, we travel to WY

The last 2 times I have been here the rice has been crunchy. I went there last night and there was a full basil leaf in my food and the rice was crunchy and the steak tasted weird which is unusual. The night staff didn’t have good customer service. They also are awful at wrapping burritos, and it sucks we spent as much money as we did to get something I couldn’t even stand to eat. Really need to get better staff here it’s disappointing when it can be fixed with better staff.

Take out order. Chicken tacos were 1/3 sour cream with the meat (which was supposed to be chicken) having come from the trim pile - nothing but fat & gristle. The massive amount of sour cream to cover up the crap meat? After 3 attempts at bites, I threw the entire thing in the trash. $15 down the tubes. We hadn't eaten here for almost a year for similar issues previously. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Ever.

I came, I saw, I devoured. The bowl is empty, the tea is full, and my heart is happy. Shoutout to the Chipotle crew—these folks run the line like a pit crew at the Indy 500. Fast, friendly, and somehow still joking with each other and the customers while crafting culinary burrito masterpieces. You can tell they actually like working together, which makes for a great atmosphere. The food was fresh, the tea was brewed like someone back there cares, and I already miss my lunch. 10/10 would trust this team with my guac again.
