I ordered at 7pm on a Tuesday, it was super slow. Got the chicken al pastor bowl, had everything I added to it but not a single piece of chicken. I wondered why it came out so fast. 2nd time this has happened at this location. Just go to Prince st or walk in.
I keep getting BOGO deals on the app. I'm not complaining with my 6 tacos. 😆
The customer service from the start was awful. Like so sorry we showed up to eat and ruin your day. She didn’t add drinks like we asked so had to repay. The entire facility is DISGUSTING. NOT ONE TIME HAS ANYTHING EVER BEEN WIPED DOWN. It’s just overall bad and needs a complete scrub with new staff and management. Dont waste your money or time.
I had an excellent experience at this Chipotle thanks to Grace who hooked me up with an amazing meal. She was the sweetest and definitely made my evening. Thank you, Grace!
I don’t know what has happened to chipotle it use to be so good! I went yesterday and the food was cold and no flavor at all. The young lady making the food was just slopping stuff together literally. The restaurant itself was dirty and needed to be cleaned. I will not be going back there almost $40 on food and had to throw it away.
