Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have ate that mini chipotle throughout the Midwest and this particular chipotle have eight years many times before in the past, but today My wife and I seen that the state was medium rare and when we requested for our steak to be well done, they refused and said they don’t cook their stuff well done or medium well that they only cooked their steak at medium rare which means there’s a lot of risk to get sick from the meat so we decided to get chicken instead as we ate. I decided to ask your cousin himself if someone requested to get their state cooked well what he do it he said no they only cooked their steak, medium rare, which I believe Chipotle‘s policy is to cook their food. Ordered on new years eve for lunch while I'm working all day myself. Did mobile orders only and had to wait outside. My taco tortilla wasn't heated and served hard and cold. One of the tacos had exactly 3 pieces of chicken in it. I get it's a holiday but I have to work too, It was just lunch time not late at night... Tried ordering again and got the smallest burrito I've ever seen... :(

The last 4 times I have been to the Sycamore, IL location they have been out of something steak, cheese, chips or corn. About 2-3 months ago we got chips, guacamole and pico and the chips were stale. When I drove the 18 mins back to the store because I had already gotten home I was told "oh yeah I had them on my lunch break and they were stale then too." She called the manager over and said, "she wants a refund bc the chips are stale remember we got them on our break and they were bad then." I was given a refund but come on. You knew they were bad and management acknowledged they were bad but you guys continued selling chips!?!?! I was told the chips are made every morning so they cannot just make more. Okay then take them all off the shelf bc who the hell wants stale chips!?!?!?! I wasn't

I ordered through GrubHub I got a bowl I barely got anything in the bowl did not get my guacamole that I had ordered barely got any of the carnitas that I ordered did not get my salsa that I had to ordered barely got any rice The bowl was not even half full The chips tasted burnt it was absolutely not worth the $16 that I had to pay it was absolutely disgusting. I was not happy whatsoever with that I could go in there and order and have the bowl heaping over and when you order for delivery you have no option to order extra rice extrasal salsa extra fajitas which by the way I got two things of fajitas which was ridiculous, it was just unbelievable. And on top of it all I didn't get a receipt inside my bag which is ridiculous also.

Tables were not cleaned up, garbage was heaping full, I requested to have one of the tables cleaned off because I wanted to sit where one of the tables were dirty, never happened, girl was kinda bratty to me, forgot my cup of guacamole, then she slid it across the counter in a rude way! Very unprofessional!!! Food was ok, but honestly I had better chipotle than this location!!! By far!!
