Chipotle Mexican Grill

The people are friendly but goodness they just do not fill your bowl. I’m not trying to be that guy but 2 out of the three times I’ve been here you can still see the bottom of the bowl in the corners. I’m not paying 12 dollars for half a bowl

I I just had the worst experience at 2000 NW. 87 Galloway Rd. chipotle I went inside my African black American and I went inside and proceeded to ask the young lady how I would like my bow she discrete what I was saying like she was egging me because of the color of my skin. Then I asked her does she have any fresh pinto beans? She told me no that I will have to get it from the other line so as I proceeded to go get it from the other line, the young lady said I couldn’t get the pinto beans because that was only for that line so I said so you’re telling me that a consumer that I cannot have no pizza beans and that’s part of the yummy meal. I mean part of your menu so she said oh I don’t understand so did I proceed to go ask the manager He’s a Spanish young man a little tall little chubby I

Friendly staff, easy parking and food quality is good as well. Chips were fresh and salsa was really hot. The best part is staff is happy to put extra stuff, if you requested. Good service.

PLEASE WATCH MY VIDEO: If you see debris in your ice or water, guess what that is? That is mold. That’s a sign of constant refilling without cleaning the machine. There’s no routine cleaning, look at how chunky the black mold is in the ice. This location is poisoning thousands of customers weekly due to lack of cleaning & attention of the one machine that 99% of the customer use. Do better Chipotle.

Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle (2000 NW 87th Ave Ste 1, Doral, FL 33172) I had a very unpleasant experience while being served at this Chipotle. They were training a new employee, and she was serving very small portions. I politely asked if she could add a bit more, and before she could even respond, another employee —someone who already works there— came over with a very bad attitude. Right in front of me, she started scolding the trainee, telling her she was serving too much and that she couldn’t do it that way. She even said that if she added more, not only would it be considered “extra” for me, but it would also cause the store to lose money. Comments like that should never be made in front of a customer. The bowl was already served, and it should have been left as is
