Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed an online order & paid in advance. Went to pick up at my scheduled time at drive up window and was told they didn’t have my order and to come inside to talk to the manager. I confirmed correct address, showed him my online receipt, and even confirmed the payment had already been taken from my account. The manager was incredibly rude throughout the process and it wasn’t until one of the other staff members walked up and said he had made my order and pointed to where it was waiting that I was able to get my food. The manager just walked away at that point, no confirmation, acknowledgement, apology for the confusion let alone an apology for his behavior throughout the process. Rest of the staff seemed great, manager’s behavior was entire reason for writing this poor review as the order

They were really rude to me. I was asking for toppings and after every single topping the employee would put the lid on top of the bowl and when I asked her to add more toppings she seemed really annoyed. They also stacked 4 bowls and chips in one bag and everything leaked through in the car ride home :( Honestly really poor service and I won’t be eating here again

I’ve ordered from here THREE times since they just opened and they have yet to get my order right. Not to mention their portions are ridiculously smaller than other locations. My lid clearly says half sofritas half chicken. Instead I received half chicken and half steak. I don’t eat red meat so this is garbage now. Also there’s white rice instead of the brown rice I asked for. There’s absolutely no way this is a full scoop of ANYTHING as barely 1/3 of the bowl is completely full as you can see by my pics. No, I haven’t eaten any of it yet. This is what they had the audacity to charge me $10 for. Ice cold but my queso arrived hot so obviously it wasn’t my dashers fault. Chips have been stale every time with zero salt and seasoning. This is the last time I ever spend my money with chipotle.

That’s super bad chipotle branch I ever had in all over the world thay make really low quantities of the food then customers have to add extra food thay charge you extra then angin add less food then again charge extra in short thay just trying to charge customers extra extra and give nothing to customers that’s not right if I have choice I will give them 0 star .. It’s all about the manager to do this with the customers trying safe their weekly food and also over charge customers that’s shameful…! The manager of this branch is trying be over Smart!!!!!!

Every time I eat at Chipotle on Tilton Road, there is always at least one empty food item. My last visit there were 3. They have exactly 20 bins of various food items to keep full or fresh. I find it hard to believe the 5 or 6 people milling around the kitchen area can't keep up, especially when we were the only customers in the place at 6 pm. I ordered a meatless burrito...the black bean, white rice and peppers and onion containers were empty... My wife ordered a bowl, one drink, and a bag of chips. Along with my burrito, the total came to 34 dollars!!! I can only assume that premium price includes the entertainment factor of watching an employee hopelessly scrape the bottom of an empty container, hoping to find a couple of black beans
