They’re losing their quality control. The rice was undercooked and hard, which made it really unappetizing. This is already the second time it’s happened, so I wanted to let the team know. It would be better to discard undercooked rice rather than serve it and let the quality go down!
On Saturday evening (2/28), I was told multiple ingredients were unavailable, which I understood. However, when I still chose to order, both servers gave me an obvious look that they didn’t wanna serve and wanted the free time they have(They had no line). I let it slide, but until I asked for a sauce, I was told it was out of stock and to “keep the line moving.” Mind you, there were only two people in line, and it was nearly empty while other places were getting more orders than Chipotle itself. Running out of items is understandable. Speaking to customers with disrespect and impatience is not. If you don’t like the job, why don’t you just do something better and don’t give customers such a bitchy attitude because you don’t want to do your job that you applied for? I expect better professi
I haven’t had chipotle in 7 years, and wow… this stuff is actually bussin. I got a bowl with their new chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, pinto beans, guac, romaine lettuce, and fresh tomato salsa - and it was so good. Big portion, but I demolished the whole thing in one sitting (post-workout hunger hits different). A little spicy, but nothing crazy. Super satisfying and kept me full for hours. Definitely glad I gave it another try!
Never again will I eat here. I ordered a quesadilla it came so cold and guacamole tasted weird. I feel so gassy, threw up and nonstop nauseous now and might end up going to urgent care. No wonder it took real quick for my food to be prepared.
Went yesterday for some food employees seemed disorganized like they were having difficulty rotating shifts or something. Took forever for someone to not only take my order but to also ring me up. Good customer service is not leaving your customers hanging and letting them know you’ll be with them soon.
