Chipotle Mexican Grill

Come here once a week and can definitely confirm that quality has severely decreased since last summer. The one time I ordered online for pickup I waited at the drive through for 10 minutes while they stood there drinking soda and I had to drive back around in order for it to ring again. When I got my food and opened it at home didn’t get my chips. They also never ever have a good attitude it takes extra long to get served in the store and everyone looks quite upset. Really wish they went back to the old management.

I have been to this west side location many times and every time I go, there are no workers in sight. You have to wait a long time to spot out anyone to place an order. Workers have also ignored people waiting to order with no greeting or anything when entering. Food has been fine so far! This location also seems to always be dirty and smell bad. I now drive across town to go to a different location that has been great.

This is probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to! And let me tell you it’s not just an off day every time single time I’ve visited this location on red bank it has always been the worse experience. My food is always unavailable and when it is it’s old and cold while the employees run around doing absolutely nothing. I pray they shut this one down it’s honestly just a slap in the face to the brand.

I love this location. Service is great and they greet with a smile and offer large portions. Food is always top quality. I eat here often and once or twice a few items have not been ready at opening and they are so apologetic and kind about it - really, kind people working hard to provide quality food and service.

Love the food, great, friendly employees. Never too packed, so get right in and out in no time. Speedy service.
