Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went here twice, hoping the second time would be better and it was worse. The first time was a Monday evening and I ordered online - turns out there were no fajita veggies (see photo) and I would have gotten something else had I known. Unclear why it didn’t have them marked as unavailable online. The second time was a Thursday evening, also online ordering. I ordered the same order as before, tacos on the corn shell. They gave me flour tortillas which unfortunately I am not able to eat. What a waste. You shouldn’t have to check your order every time before you leave the store. Won’t be coming back here. Edited: Chipotle wouldn’t refund my second order and gave me a reward to make me come back instead. I tried a third time and alas, they still couldn’t follow the order for three corn to

This specific location is always incredibly slow. Doesn't matter if you go during lunch time or not. A lot of the time they have one person doing the job of two/three. The food, however, is always really delicious and fresh. Was in line a few weeks ago and there was a legit loud argument between a customer and whoever was doing the online pickup (idk who was in the wrong but it was so uncomfortable). I also wouldn't recommend getting this location doordashed. I've done doordash here three times in the past and all three times they gave me the wrong one.

We stood in line for 15 minutes and the line barely moved. There was one young female on the line making food was doing a good job, however she needed help. There was an older white lady that was standing at the cash register. She literally stood there watching the other girl bust her butt. She handed out mobile orders. I hope she’s not a manager, if she is she is a very poor leader and an even worse employee. After standing in line for 20 minutes I left, as well as about 6 other customers. Had to wait 15 in the line only to get to the windows and they were out of rice steak carne asada sour cream lettuce corn and guacamole!!! The worker making the food had not support or anyone helping him with prep and replacing the thing a he needed. It was a complete disaster!! Not to mention the work space was dirty and food was everywhere

I absolutely love chipotle’s food. I eat here OFTEN. The food quality is the only reason I keep coming back. Every now and then the service seems slow, but never gotten cold food. I love that there are different options that I can customize according to my diet. I get exactly what I want every time with no questions and the food itself truly is amazing. BUT… you can almost guarantee that no matter how the line workers treat you, your day will be ruined by the lady at the register. Never smiles, never asks “how are you today?” And always has an attitude. She acts like she absolutely hates working there and she is the only reason I hesitate to go back more often.
