Chipotle Mexican Grill

Have ordered twice from this location so far, and the first time was fine, but the second time my chips were so soggy they literally flopped over when I picked them up, and the shredded cheese was so dry it was crunchy. And the size difference between the orders is wild, you could order the exact same thing one time and get something a quarter of the size the next. This place hasn't even been open a month and they're already messing up such basic things, hopefully they only improve from here.

Went through the drive through line on a very busy Monday night, and I was presented with the customer service rep Alexis! Her smile was infectious and she was so sweet! Hands down the best customer service i’ve had in a long long time!! She deserves a RAISE!!

I walked in thinking just a regular chipotle but the food is always good but I’m super impressed on how fast the service was.

Went in for dinner, walked back out. Place was Fifthy, Gross, Dirty Mess. Food EVERYWHERE in the dining room and kitchen area. All over floors, counters, tables. Garbage overflowing. WHY can this company not focus on cleanliness.

As a DoorDasher the pickup instructions not matching what you should do is an issue. Clearly it states pick up from the pickup rack. But I waited several minutes past my pickup time.. had to cut off a customer to ask the cashier where the order is. When I should’ve cut customers off coming straight in the store?? weird. Fix your pickup instructions, the store is new and doesn’t follow the instructions already.. goofy
