Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed a to-go order today. Ordered a burrito with Carne Asada and 3 Chicken tacos. Under $25 out the door. Everything was great but it all needed about 30 seconds in the microwave as I had a 25 minute drive home. Would absolutely recommend this location. **Please note that I took like 3 bites of the burrito before I took the picture as I was starving.

Ordered a burrito for pickup today. Literally the saddest burrito I’ve ever gotten in my life:(( . Not only was the burrito not filled even close to being enough (like there was an insane amount of space in my burrito..) but there was a long black hair in it(made it half way through before I noticed I ate hair…🤮) Chipotle burritos used to be my safe food but now it’s safe to say I will never eat here again. Officially traumatized

I had a burrito delivered to my hotel room by Doordash. It arrived exactly as pictured with nothing to help me eat it. No fork, no plate, not even a measly napkin! I had to use the bag as a plate, which was impossible. As always with Chipotle food, there was a ton of liquid in it and the whole thing totally fell apart as I was trying to eat it. My hands and clothes were literally covered in burrito by the time I gave up trying to eat the darn thing. The bottled soda I got was also barely room temp. I spent over $30 on this meal. Not happy.

I’ve had chipotle in several states and two countries, most recent order from this location was the worst I’ve ever had. The rice was completely inedible, probably completely uncooked. My burrito was round like a baseball and half the normal size. There is no way that anybody at this store tastes the food they serve. To chipotle, I did reach out to you and your automated system is terrible.

I used to order from this Chipotle on a regular basis and pick up from their drive thru. My last visit was absolutely laughable. I ordered a veggie bowl with black beans and got all the way home only to find they used pinto beans instead. I drove all the way back and walked inside to have them fix the order. Guess what I got back? Another bowl with pinto beans instead of black beans. 🤦🏻‍♂️
