Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered Uber Eats from this Chipotle to be delivered to my house. I picked my toppings include sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc. What I got was a BASIC bowl without ANY OF THE TOPPINGS I ordered. No cheese, sour creams, Guac, etc. And honestly that would’ve been fine if the bowl was its normal portion and didn’t look like it was HALFWAY EATEN. Like the bowl looked like someone STOLE half of it and then delivered it to my house. There as almost NOTHING there as the photos will prove. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because the portion size was decided BY THE STORE. It’s crazy how anyone could decide to sell a bowl that’s not worth $10 let alone $17-20. I’m not sure who’s behind this but this is ABSOLUTELY NOT a place to order takeout from. Th

This place has really gone downhill in the last year. Smaller portions, closing up shop way before their hours indicate. If you order an hour before they close, when you show up to pick up your order, they'll be like, we don't have this, we don't have that. Don't worry we'll send a refund to your account -- never happens (I don't even think it's possible for their staff to do this). The app makes it impossible to request a refund as well. Look at this sad large guac I got recently too. I've been getting store bought packaged chips from them recently too, it's hilarious. Staff are just chit chatting and doing a shitty job while preparing your order. This went from one of the consistently best chipotle locations I visitied to the worst.

Very disappointing experience tonight (Saturday, March 7 around 7: Several basic items were already unavailable (chicken al pastor, corn, lettuce, sour cream) and they were basically serving whatever was left in the containers. Only one employee seemed to be running the entire line, making burritos and ringing people up while a line of 5–6 customers formed. When I asked for a side of red salsa, another employee told me to ask the same employee who was already extremely busy running the line. A moment later the salsa was simply tossed onto the counter instead of handed to me. The soda station had no ice, the area was messy, and the trash cans were overflowing. Fantastic chipotle and friendly staff! We ordered double of everything and our bowl wasn’t really overflowing which was slightly disappointing but all in all it was a good meal. This shop is about a 4 min walk to the Tesla superchargers so it’s a good place to grab a bite.

I ordered a Beef Burrito Bowl with white rice, brown rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, Fajita Veggies, Cheese, Romaine Lettuce, Sour Cream, Black Beans, and Pinto Beans. Guess what? This was the most generous Chipotle takeout ever! When I opened the container, the bowl was fully loaded, just like you can see in the photo I took! It was a big portion, enough for two people. I won't forget this awesome experience! Kudos to the team at Chipotle in Gilroy for their generosity and ensuring that customers get more than their money's worth. I ordered through their online app, and when I got to the store, my food was ready for me to pick up right on time.
