Chipotle Mexican Grill

Been sitting in this drive thru line for nearly a half hour to pick up a 5:20pm order. The poor guy at the window said there were 3 orders ahead of me and they were waiting on chicken to be cooked. I can’t leave because my order has been paid for. This location is severely understaffed and I cannot believe management is letting these poor employees be overworked. I don’t fault the employees at all. I fault the company. Never coming back here again. Update: ok, I wrote this when I was hangry. I guess the good thing about our order being delayed was the fact that our food was hot and fresh. My husbands and kids burritos were just as they wanted. My protein bowl with chicken, brown rice, and veggies is very good. Portions were huge and I could only finish half of mine…but that’s ok, it means

So I saw the few bad reviews before I went to this chipotle in Henrietta and I wanted to see if it was true and I was hoping that it wasn't because I really wanted to give a good review BUT when my wife and I went in there and looked at the food, it looked like it had been sitting there for like three days. All the food look like it was cold like the burner wasn't on underneath them. I will give you a little bit of a break because we went on the day of this big storm, which is why I won't harp on the fact that there was not any staff in there when we went in. My suggestion would be to have closed then if you weren't going to run it correctly. I really hope that it does get better from here on out. I know it's newly open in this new location.

Ignore the low reviews. This place is brand new and understaffed, so it's restricted to online orders only and that's that only negative. The food here was much better than the next nearest Chipotle. (At least my burrito wasn't short on portions here.) Definitely one of the better Chipotle's I've been to, and when they have enough people for walk-ins I'm sure it'll be better.

They're definitely ironing out the kinks having just opened, so give them the time and grace. The staff is busting their butts to get everything made. We've already ordered from this location a few times already and the food has been great and the staff is pleasant.

Waited an hour and 17 minutes for my food! App said delivery time was 6:10 and I did not get my food until 7:27 through the chipotlane. There was two times we sat for 20-25 minutes without a car moving. How is this possible or acceptable! No apology from staff. Avoid this location at all costs!
