Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is Chipotle has some issues. The food is good and I actually got a chance to talk to. It was either a general manager or regional manager that happened to be there and he was very nice and accommodating so I had a pleasant experience with him. I noticed that this particular location that I always see a lot of workers in the background, but there's always only one person making orders. There should be at least two to three in order to get those lines through so people don't have to wait as long. Also, I noticed that this location often isn't very clean. Workers should be taking turns to make sure that the place stays clean when I want to sit down in there and I have to clean the table myself. Other than that, not terrible.

Very sad to say, but this was one of the dirtiest Chipotles I’ve ever been to. First of all, the front door and glass looked like it had never been cleaned and was smeared with food and finger prints. The trash cans were all overflowing. The counter where the employees serve the food from had so much food spilled on it that when we got our bowls the food was all stuck to the bottom. Every table looked about as good as the front door, and we had to clean our chairs to avoid sitting on spilled rice and sauce. But the worst was the bathroom which had no toilet paper and stuff all over the floor. We almost walked out but we were starving. I’m honestly surprised we didn’t get sick. It’s a shame because we aren’t picky people and we love Chipotle. But we might be second guessing it from now on

I'm not sure why it has only 2,6 stars from 1510 reviews, but my experience was great. When I came there, there was a big line (it was Sunday), but it took only 10 minutes. The staff was fast, and the food was pretty nice. If they ran out of some product, they immediately replaced it with a fresh one. I got a bowl with many different food in it, and all was delicious, except chicken. Some pieces were literally burnt... But, tbf, most of them were normal. The place was a bit dirty, but the cleaner literally cleaned it up in front of us. If you don't like to eat inside, you can eat outside - they have a terrace. Prices are good, but, tbf, it's not a restaurant, more like fast food :)

ordered delivery and everything was put out of order. rice on top, no chicken i ordered that i paid extra for because I asked for double. worst chipotle ever i feel so scammed rn. purely sauces and rice

Took me 10 minutes to start my order even though there was no line. Literally were out of half the ingredients 2.5 hours before closing. not to mention the single piece of chicken I got in my bowl. No problem with the workers, but I paid $11 for rice and chicken😐
