Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in hungry as a bear after hibernation and left feeling like I'd just won an all you can eat contest 😜. The portions here are straight up generous. My steak burrito bowl was piled so high with rice, beans, fajitas, salsa, and guacm. No skimpy scoops or sad little sprinkles. The service was top notch, super friendly crew who smiled, chatted a bit, and moved fast. Even during the lunch rush, everything felt efficient and welcoming, no grumpy vibes in sight. In a world where some Chipotles get roasted online for tiny portions, this location is out here restoring faith in humanity of chicken and steak gods. You'll leave full, happy, and probably plotting your next visit. 10/10.

Purchased a large order to go, in one of the meals a fly was in the lettuce. I returned to receive a refund and get another meal. Manager on duty, Henry S was dismissive and offered a refund for the meal. If this is satisfactory for some great, not for me after going back and forth, experiencing this, and getting attitude for it. Not that I “needed” it but a more apologetic tone (or simply a sorry) rather than being snarky and dismissive, and going a slightly above and beyond probably solves this without losing a customer. Review is reflective of level of customer service by the manager only and a poor meal experience, I had a fantastic experience otherwise with staff helping to execute a large 5 meal order.

Keepin it real out here on Northern Blvd I was blessed to be the very first customer of the day, and maybe that's why my food was extra fire that day. It was one of the freshest Chipotle meal I've had. Got in before the crowd, but there's plenty of seating, bathroom for customers and plenty of sunlight for that extra vitamin D while you enjoy your food. Def one of the better Chipotles

If you want your money's worth don't go to this location. They serve 1/2 a dish. Best location gor Chipotle is in Elmont! $45.00 for 1 Poppi can, 2 chips and 1 Oz of corn mix! Way over priced!

No food, no service , the restaurant was open but the place was terrible , employees no working just acting!!! My terrible experience in this location was on June 22 around 9:15 pm !!!!! PLEASE TAKE ACTIONS, I love chipotle stop disappointing good customers , thank you !
