Chipotle Mexican Grill

This was one of the cleanest and most positive Chipotle experiences I've had in a really long time. You could tell the team was trained and treatee well. I've been avoiding this franchise lately because the last several I've gone to have not been posite experiences. This location has brought back my appreciation.

This location closes at 10pm on Saturdays. I went in before 8:30. I was not greeted by any of the 4 people I seen working which is totally fine however the attitudes just got worse. When the man came over to take my order he still didn’t say a word. I started to order without any response from the employee. The portions were not even full scoops of literally anything. Paying extra for queso and guac you definitely want your moneys worth but I did not get it. There was an employee walking by where the grill is and I watched him blow smoke out of his mouth from his vape. The manager was doing food safety on the tablet however he only took the temperature of the rice on the hot side and salsa on the cold side and nothing else. when this location was first opening they held a practice run that I was lucky enough to be apart of. Tonight I ordered right before close and the staff was amazing. I was treated with smiles and didn’t feel like a nuisance. I work in healthcare now but used to work in food so it was refreshing to see this staff treating their customers with the best care possible. Thank you and I will be back soon

I've been going to this Chipotle for a while now I've never had any issues with any orders I've made unlike Qdoba down the street and the burritos are pretty sizable if you just ask for extra rice and beans

Terrible service; the person serving the food acts like they're charging you for every single grain of rice. I'm disappointed, and the portion they serve isn't enough to satisfy your hunger.
