Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m from Canada, visiting Kalispell Montana after my visit to Glacier National Park. The location is amazing and we always eat at Chipotle but I never had such bad experience any other location. The food was amazing as always but the quantity they are giving is much less. The Dine-in area is full of dirt and mess everywhere. I think they are not giving much importance to cleaning if that’s the case they must put sign at front that only take out NOT dine-in. I’m very disappointed as not even single table is clean where I can enjoy my food. Specially with kids it’s need be clean and disinfected after every use. Anyways food is good but not recommended if you are looking for dine-in.

I am completely grossed out by the negligence of this establishment. As I bite into my quesadilla there is a large piece of plastic inside of it!!!! This is disgusting. Could have cut my mouth, choked on it, unsanitary the list goes on. Just flat out gross. I pay almost $20 for a meal and get plastic inside my food!

Great place to eat. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. The place was clean (contrary to other reviews I’ve read on here said) Service was great. The manager, Rex, was very nice and helpful. Would go back.

This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. Once a month the food will actually have flavor and I won’t be getting chicken tendon in every bite. Also why is the chicken sitting in a tub of water? They scoop the chicken out of the tub and there’s a waterfall off of the spoon. Also some days there’s peices of meat that are about a pound in size. Like no I don’t want one bite of only chicken tendon. Whoever manages this place needs a new job!!!

This place is absolutely garbage! The portions were small, steak was dry and clearly been sitting there for awhile, they bag the chips and they just sit there and get stale and cold. I mean the quality of Chipotle has gone downhill in years past but I didn’t know it was this bad. It’s expensive and they nickel and dime you for everything. They offer queso and guacamole but don’t mention it cost extra. I used to love chipotle but I can honestly say I’ll never go back! Qdoba is so much better, fresher, and more affordable. Don’t waste your time here. Qdoba is just up the road a mile!!!
