Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had 3 mobile order in the past week, each time the portion is getting smaller and smaller. Last order was unacceptable.Very disappointed, not looking forward to going back.

This whole store needs to learn customer service. I stood at the counter waiting to order while I watched three people walk around in circles. Not a single person acknowledged me until I asked if anyone works at the front. I still didn’t receive a verbal response, but a guy kinda looked around where he was currently standing to see who could help me. Eventually someone appeared in front of me and took my order. Food is usually good, but good customer service would go a long way!!

Nice and clean location with friendly team members. Very helpful with recommendations and super quick. No long lines. They have rices cauliflower now which is super cool. We got the Bowl and a burrito. 💣 wish my steak wasn’t cold though. That was a bummer.

First Chipotle I've seen built for speed. That said they had more business than staffing could easily handle on my visit. Likely corporate cutting labor to increase office workers bonuses.

Best Chipotle burrito I’ve ever had! 🌯 Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious — you guys are top tier!
