Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went to this location to pick up food to go. I ordered three bowls with rice, chicken, pico, salsa, and vegetables. When I got home, the bag broke because the bottom of the bag was wet. I brought the bag back to the store and spoke to the manager shown in the photo. She said they could remake the food and asked if I had the receipt. When she saw the $37 total, she said, “Oh no, you’re lying—we’re not replacing all three bowls.” I told her I never asked for all three bowls to be replaced, only the ones that fell. One bowl was completely gone, and part of another bowl had spilled. She then told her employee to remake only one bowl. While standing across the dining area, the manager yelled to the employee to add more rice. I replied that I didn’t want more rice and asked why they couldn’t

Stopped by this store around afternoon time to get a sofrita bowl. The store seemed little dirty inside. There were couple tables and a lot of high tables to dine-in. It wasn’t busy, so got to order my bowl right away. All the ingredients were available. The staff quickly put in all the items. Scanned my membership for points at register, and paying was easy with tap. The soda station had all the condiments. But the soda machine lacked enough gas, the drinks were watery.

I have been to this particle Chipolte a few times now and overall it’s what to expect from your typical Chipolte but I did notice portions seem a little smaller than usual and even though I have been there when the line is short it seems to take a while to complete your order . They seem to be under staffed. I have seen the line out the door a few times as well . I’m not sure if the long line was result of the food or the slower service but I didn’t dare try to find out. Parking is usually pretty good but getting inside the plaza is limited because you can only make a right into the plaza . So if you’re coming from the other direction you can attempt to make the left but it is prohibited so look out for police if you do go for it.

I have already filed a complaint with corporate & this is not something I do but this experience was absolutely mind BLOWING TO ME. I went in at 10 PM when they close at 11 PM. The line was about 15 people and there was about six or seven employees they were laughing and I guess cleaning or doing what they needed to do but the line barely moved. I stood online for 20 minutes no exaggeration. I got in at 10 PM. I left at 10:25 PM Not only that they didn’t have any items to create a bowl when they’re a chipotle and to top it off, I go to eat my burrito and there’s a giant piece of plastic I almost choked on, which is insanity. Good taste, good portion in this place, the staff kind and fast. The environment was good.
