Chipotle Mexican Grill

Well chipotle officially lost our business. We have not ordered from chipotle since August 2025 because they have been so inconsistent with their food. Today, it was convenient for us to pick up chipotle and I wanted something healthier for pick up so decided to give it a try. Big mistake from the beginning. I got our order and checked to make sure everything was in the bag since they have forgotten items in the past. My husband’s burrito was missing so I got back in the drive through line. Come to find out it was made, but not put in the bag. Okay no big deal since I noticed. What was a big deal was the condition of the food. I go to this location quite frequently. Chipotle is fr my favorite quick restaurant. This location however is extremely stingy with their portions. I had to ask an employee for full scoops once because there was literally not even half a scoop worth in my bowl. My main complaint is that this location is quite literally out of something every. single. time. Mainly rice, chicken, and steak. I understand rushes, but I’ve watched these workers not even ask for more until something is completely gone. Then it takes 20-40 min for meats and 10 for rice. Maybe it’s their process but for me to have to wait extra time or not even get what I came for almost every single time is frustrating. The team is kind. The place is typically well cleaned and the bathrooms are nice.

Ordered a steak and rice with fajita veggies, bowl with extra steak! See the photos of what I got…maybe a half serving of steak, definitely not extra and maybe 1 small spoonful of veggies. And it came out to $20.00 are you kidding me!!!!?!

Consistently out of ingredients. Often out of steak. Today they were out of both queso (30 minute wait), and fajita veggies (didn't give an ETA). They typically don't announce it, so you find out about the missing ingredient when your order is half made. You feel guilty so you finish the order, they get to save money by giving you less food, and (to nobody's surprise) you still pay them full price.

Genuinely ridiculously tiny proportions. Even when you go in and watch them it’s still stingy for the price. This is supposed to be extra rice as well.
