Chipotle Mexican Grill

The place has no coin change. The GM refused to give me proper change for cash. Then overcharged the order. The GM refused to give her name. So here is the picture of the GM who will not do her job. Since she wants to remain nameless, here is her picture- she charged me for a side of guac then refused to give me the product - Take a look at her. Anyone know her name?

Staff refused to give me a cup for my water. Said they were "out of water cups." Since I was a paying customer I should've been able to get a cup to fill with tap water. I said "can I have a regular drink cup and you can watch me fill it with water." The employee did not adress the question and said "this has nothing to do with me." Another employee suggested I use a condiment cup for water. 😂

If you go dine in and did not order the quesadilla in advance they make you (my 4yo) wait. This particular time the online team was backed up and had to wait 30 min. Managers (there were 2) were useless in trying to resolve even when there was no one else ordering to dine in. Never again

The worst Chipotle outlet I’ve ever been to! The staff here simply do not follow instructions, no matter how clearly you explain your order. I was even charged for items I did not order, and when I asked for a receipt, the person at the counter initially refused to provide it. After insisting multiple times, I finally received it—only to notice an extra charge of $3.42 for something I never ordered. When I questioned it, the employee’s tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, I even felt discriminated against by the way he interacted with me compared to others. Absolutely unacceptable service and attitude. I’d strongly advise avoiding the Madison, NJ Chipotle outlet if you expect even basic courtesy or accuracy in your order.

Worst chipotle ever. No napkins, no juice, no cups. Terrible workers. They dont even look at you.
