Chipotle Mexican Grill

i give my DOG better portions than this. im genuinely in shock, i do an online order through the chipotle app, come later and open it to this. the portions were so scanty, barely any chicken, rice, and it wasnt even halfway of the bowl..this is realistically 25% of what I should be given realistically. Why are we skipping out on portion sizes, especially for online orders? This is ridiculous. $10 for this..

We order every now and then from this location, sometimes dine-in but mostly takeout or delivery. We are ALWAYS missing something or a food item is made incorrectly. I keep hoping it will be different the next time, but alas, it never is. Today, we ordered fajita veggies on a burrito bowl and they were RAW.

So far, one of the worst chipotle I had , food taste, old rice hard not cooked all the way The girls on shift looks like they’re new. There’s nobody training them. She cannot even get the burrito folder properly as you can see in a picture , took a couple bites and throw it away. Went across the street get a subway plus the place has not clean tables are dirty napkins all over the floor. Very disappoint.

The food was very good but the chips were extremely salty and almost could not be eaten. The photo is from one of the chips in the bag, the white things are the enormous salt grains.

Went today and my rice was so undercooked it was literally still hard and crunchy. The workers are always more focused on online orders than the people in store, which doesn't make sense because I work in a resteraunt and we always prioritize in house over online orders. The employees are always rude here and all of them are in the back with literally one person in front while there's a huge rush. Lastly, today there was a girl refilling the napkins while I kid you not 5 different groups were waiting in line to get to that area to grab forks. And she just waited there until she finished instead of moving aside for one second.
