Chipotle Mexican Grill

This has to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever frequented and sadly it’s the closest to home. Online orders placed are never ready on time , in fact if you show up 10 minutes after your pickup time you could likely watch a line that is to the door move all the way through and leave with food while you are still waiting. Typically queso cups are half full. This particular occasion we ordered 3 large quesos and chips and like the last time it seemed the chips were very late. So I busted out the scale and sure enough, way light. Ordered extra sour cream on a couple of salads and it almost seemed like whoever was making them was being sarcastic when they applied extra extra extra sour cream.

i’m typically not someone to leave reviews, but this location is by far the worst one i’ve ever been to. we’ve been to this one a couple times, and we will never go back. the last time we went, the guy making our bowls was quite literally chewing food while making our bowls. the employees will sit and talk to each other and completely ignore you in the middle of ordering. there’s one guy specifically who has the nastiest attitude towards every customer. while i waited in line, i listened to every single customer order with kindness and patience, it was pretty busy, and this guy is so beyond disrespectful towards customers. i get it if it’s busy and high volume, but there’s no excuse for his actions. statements like “what do you want” walking up to the counter is just not a welcoming enviro

I’m usually very elaborate about my reviews when giving 1 star. However, I am gonna get right to the point. I was served below room temp meat, wilted lettuce and observed a worker, touch his phone, pull his pants up, lean on the table and then proceed to touch “cooked” meat. We got corn salsa on the order and thought that might’ve cooled the meat down, but the salsa temped at 75.3°. Steak temp was at 73.9°. Room temp was 75.6°. Got a refund, but the 3 works I had to tell and laughed and smiled about it. P.S it was a 90° day so room temp is higher than normal. The picture was taken within 10mins of the food being ordered in house.

I feel compelled to share my recent experience at what can only be described as the worst Chipotle in the Midwest. A true culinary mirage that left me sadly less than satisfied. Upon arrival, I was met with the disheartening reality that this location only offered pickup service. While I understand that circumstances, I anticipated that my timely arrival would guarantee a warm meal waiting for me. Instead, I found an empty service counter, as desolate as a forgotten ghost town. Although 7 or 8 staff members were flitting in and out, serving the kitchen like a revolving door, none were tending to the customers standing in eager anticipation. I should've knew better than to get me food here again. The services is crap, my bowls had no meat in them. What a disappointment, again. Idk if the manager is taking money out the servers checks or if they get a bonus saving on meat, but I do know I'll never eat at Chipotle again. Do yourself a favor and had down to the Best Steak House down the street. At least you'll get a real cooked meal, and they treat you like family. I just didn't have the time today. Don't bother contacting the store or corporate, they all work together. They can care less about your complaints. SAVE YOU TIME, MONEY, ENERGY. DON'T EAT HERE. You will be disappointed!!!
