Chipotle Mexican Grill

I visited the Chipotle location near Home Depot in Maspeth, Queens, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was average at best. While it was acceptable, it lacked the freshness and flavor that customers expect from the brand. However, the larger issue was the customer service. When I asked a few straightforward questions about the menu, the staff did not provide clear or helpful responses. Instead, their reaction felt dismissive, and at times it appeared they were laughing rather than engaging professionally. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. In my recent visit to Chipotle, I encountered a female staff member with piercings and short hair who left a rather mixed impression. When I ordered rice, she barely added any to my bowl, prompting me to request extra. Instead of a generous scoop, she only used the tip of the spoon, which felt quite insufficient. As I continued my order, asking for beans and chicken, I noticed a significant lack of portion size. I received only about six pieces of chicken, leading me to question if she was joking. Her response was that my portion was standard, which felt dismissive given the context. While I understand that everyone has their struggles and not every day at work is easy, the experience left much to be desired. I decided to forgo the bowl altogether and mentioned that I would be heading to

The portion sizes at Chipotle are extremely small for what you pay. I was honestly disappointed with how little food they give. On top of that, there was a bug in my lettuce, which is completely unacceptable. The girl with tattoos working there had a terrible attitude she was slamming utensils around and acting like she owned the place. Her appearance and overall demeanor were very unprofessional. Definitely not a good experience.

First time coming here and I’m absolutely happy with the amount of portions for food we got, my husband burrito was super filled up. without us asking for more. Food was fresh, nothing was stale or off! Definitely will be back soon.

Attendants are excellent, polite & professional. Atmosphere is a little trashy (place too small) but the biggest problem is the size of the portions. Chipotle treat you like it's a soup kitchen & you ain't paying. I just spent $21 and I'm still hungry. Dam! For comparison, three weeks ago went to a Colombian restaurant in Waterbury, CT (on Main St. Try it!) and a $24 dish could not eat it by myself!
