Chipotle Mexican Grill

I won't be going here again. I ordered a bowl with chicken, double the protein. I was informed that double the meat doesn't mean that. The worker told me it only means I would get 3 lil pieces of chicken extra. Her words. I asked for grilled onions and bell peppers. Was given 1 slice of onion and 1 slice of pepper . Told anymore is extra charge. Was told cheese and sour cream cost extra. That I could only pick 1 salsa not 2 or 3.

Extremely great people working there that night. I haven't been to Chipotle in years. I loved it before and found it to be as deliciously good this time. The place was clean, bright, welcoming and enjoyable. The salad was sizable, glad to have finished it later at home. Found the price for it dinner reasonable and matched to value of the meal and it's ingredients, as well as their quality and flavor. I had the carnitas! WOW!

I ordered take out. The carne asada burrito with fajita vegetables was very good. My main reason for going to Chipotele was the red chimichuri. The commercials make it look so good. It was a yummy sauce to add to the burrito. I would recommend this to anybody who likes strong Latin flavors.

Beware all their protein options are covered with an extremely spicy stuff, there’s no option without it. It made me sick almost immediately. The woman was hearing I wanted the free guacamole from the promo and didn’t tell me I had to sign up and pay $5 dollars, if you’re there, sign up before you pay. The staff is rude and pressure me to choose fast, you can’t even ask a question, they look impatient and angry. Terrible experience, I will never go back.

Recently went to this Chipotle in South Medford, and despite having 7 employees working there, and a line of about 14 customers, only had ONE employee actually serving customers and preparing food for in-restaurant patrons! 2 employees were waiting around at the registers to ring up orders….without realizing that what they really needed to be doing is helping the single guy filling orders! If they don’t want customers standing around forever waiting to be served….they need to be smarter about getting orders prepped and delivered.
