Chipotle Mexican Grill

We picked up our mobile order to find that it was half eaten. We went back to get a new bowl and the customer service was terrible. They gave us glares and didn’t care to show any sympathy or kindness.

I love chipotle! This location isn’t really my favorite though. The rice is sadly never cooked fully. It’s normally crunchy and grainy. I enjoyed the chicken, veggies and salsa in my burrito bowels I’ve had here. Unfortunately the guac was old/brown and the queso dip was seemed to be old from sitting out. Sharing feedback so they can improve. I want to keep eating here but only if the quality is there. Thank you!

Absolutely will not be returning to this location. I’ve had Chipotle in nearly every state, and this was by far the worst experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was unwelcoming. The employee behind the counter barely acknowledged me, and when I pointed out that the fajita vegetables looked badly burned, she served them anyway—without even asking if I still wanted them. The person at the register just stared me down while I paid and didn’t provide a receipt. As for the food itself—completely flavorless. The fajita vegetables, which usually add some depth, were overwhelmingly charred and bitter. My meal tasted like smoke and ash, with none of the freshness or seasoning I expect from Chipotle. Food was great, service was pretty quick. Got a "build your own" protein bowl of some sort, don't recall the exact name. Went with the chicken (very good) and various beans, cheese and veggies. Definitely recommend.
