Chipotle Mexican Grill

Really dirty dinning room & dirty food prep area. Only 1 worker waiting on people. There were 3 other people in the back that we could see who were not helping. Didn’t want to take a picture of the food prep area because that would have included a pic of the one person actually working. But the food didn’t look good.

We put in an order online last night and had a pickup time of 10:50pm before closing. Our payment went through and when my husband showed up to get the food the doors were locked early and the two employees working just stared at him and laughed while he was asking to get the food. We could see the food sitting on the counter behind them. They continued to laugh at him and threw up a peace sign and did not come to the door. Here is a photo of the employees who treated us this way and we will be contacting corporate as well. Terrible experience.

This location only gives half portions unless otherwise requested. So just be aware when you go in that you need to ask if you want a full order. You can see a photo of their regular portions attached. I don’t know if they’re losing money at this location or why they’re holding back. They will give you a full order if you ask, though. My husband asked for a full order and they gave him what used to be a normal portion. Either way, it’s the same price . The new chimichurri sauce is really good!

I really enjoy this Chipotle location for the service and food. The burrito bowls are always fresh, and I love using the app—it’s super convenient. Every time I go in, the staff at the counter is incredibly helpful and quick to point me toward my pickup order. They also have a great little patio which is perfect for nice days. The only downside is the parking and access. The lot is a bit of a nightmare; people drive way too fast or take turns too wide, making it feel a little unsafe. Getting in and out of the complex can be a challenge, so just be careful when you’re driving in

So my first bowls were all out of sorts and fairly mixed up so I took them back and I’m guessing she was a manager and I didn’t catch her name but she’s really short (no offense) and she was so wonderful and helped me get the correct bowls and even gave me drink cups and chips and queso! I work in customer service so I understand that mistakes happen, but she was so quick to make things right and that’s what really matters most!
