Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place was not taken care of after the dinner rush. The staff was very unfriendly and the food was chopped in huge chunks, yet they weren't busy at the time. I placed a pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 7pm. I arrived a little after 7 and the pickup shelf was empty there was one girl doing the pickup orders and I could recognize the items in my order laid on the prep line. I stood at a distance, 10 ft, so she could bag it. She made eye contact but never acknowledged or greeted me. She moved around slowly restocking the dip lids then went back to the kitchen and grabbed more items slowly moved back to the pickup line and slowly went to the front of the in-store assembly line and started grabbed more items to restock. Online order was 28 minutes late AND IT WAS NOT BUSY BUT Understaffed. Tables and floors were filthy as well as the kitchen counter areas. HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!! Stay away from this place. Food has gotten significantly awful over the years. My stomach is already upset from the cold chicken they said they just made. I am done with Chipotle. Message to franchise owners and corporate: DO BETTER. IT SHOWS WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE YOU ARE TO WORK FOR WITH YOUR LOUSY RUDE EMPLOYEES WITH BAD ATTITUDES. GET ROBOTS.

Came in on 12/23/25 at 7:40 PM to eat inside on our way to visit a relative in the hospital. The girl who started preparing our order was very polite and soft spoken- but I was immediately off-put by the manager belittling the line cook right behind her. He was very rude to him as he had a whole grill of food, cutting meat, with customers in line in the establishment. I do not want to give this location my business anymore if this is how they treat their employees, especially around the holidays. I almost told the girl to stop preparing my order I was so angry and shaken. The manager on duty needs to learn how to respect his team, especially since chipotle advertises only $14.50 an hour.

Placed a mobile order for 7:00 PM pickup but didn’t leave until after 7:20pm. The two employees working pickup were working hard, but the restaurant looked unkept with pots stacked up and they were out of a lot of food, clearly not prepared for a Friday night.I also ordered and paid for chips, but they were out. I was told I would have to wait longer if I wanted them, and no refund or alternative was offered, so I left without them.When I got home, both bowls were cold. The chicken bowl was barely half full, had only a few pieces of fatty chicken, hard rice, and was missing ingredients listed in the order (lettuce, sour cream, and cheese). I didn't even finish it, it was unappetizing. Very disappointing and won't be going back to this location.

Food was ok. Place was a mess. Tables were left dirty. Floor had trash and food all over. Drink station was a big mess. They are making money because the lines are long. There is no reason they should be running out of products. Public restrooms are available. Parking lot is small and maneuvering is tough. A couple of handicap parking spots in the front.
