Chipotle Mexican Grill

Was there last night, January 19th at about 9:30 PM. Nobody acknowledged me. They were cleaning the bins and that took about five minutes and no one acknowledged me as I was just standing there waiting. Finally, the blonde girl with the nose ring asked me what I wanted. I should've paid more attention to how she was making the burrito. Because when I opened it up when I got home, it was a disgusting mess. A quarter size hole in the tortilla and all the filling had spilled out and was everywhere. What a mess! Does she really think this is acceptable to give to a customer?? I should've been paying attention to how she was making it because she absolutely would've been remaking it had I've been watching her. This place is so dirty, rice was hard and undercooked. A complete rip off. Will not come back. The workers are rude teenagers. I asked for a refund and went to another chipotle. The second photo is how it’s supposed to be.

This place was so dirty. They open at 10:45 and I walked in at 10:52 to grab an early lunch and this is what the place looked like - also their ice machine seems to always be down.

Went to this location for the first time a few days ago. The man ag the front with 2 large silver earrings was rude, no smile or even saying hello. Asked for a tortilla on side and he pretended tl warm it and wrap in tinfoil, already knowing the tortilla warmer was broken. He was sloppy and unfriendly when putting the meal together. I sat down to eat in store and tortilla was almost fridge cold. Walked back to ask for a new one and he saw me and just walked away before I could say anything. Went to the other tortilla warmer for mobile orders and made a new one (so he clearly knew it was broken before). He just plopped it on the glass ledge and walked away.
