Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is absolutely terrible. This location has the worst food and service we have ever experienced. Food is never fresh. I am very disappointed that there was a piece of dark facial hair wrapped within the chicken I received in my bowl.

Just did a pickup order consisting of 1 Honey Chipotle Burrito, 2 Large Guacamole, 2 chips and salsa, 2 chips and corn salsa. What I got was 1 Large Guacamole that wasn’t full. Second Large Guacamole($5.50) was NOT in the bag. All the small salsas, corn and tomato, were not full and they aren’t huge cups to begin with. And the burrito was just pathetic. It cost $10.10 and looked like it was for a child. We used really used like this location. It’s so hit or miss lately l’m not sure we’ll be back.

So we took the whole family to Chipotle Mexican Grill and apparently they’re running a new “portion control” program… on paying customers. Every bowl looked like it was on Ozempic. Half scoops of everything. Rice? Whispered into the bowl. Chicken? Seen it. Briefly. When I asked for an actual full portion — you know, the amount you advertise — they tried to charge me DOUBLE. For a normal serving. Then caught an attitude like I was the problem. If you’re going to shrink portions, just say it. Don’t gaslight people and act offended when they notice their $15 bowl looks like a sample cup at Costco. Congratulations, you lost a whole family of customers over two scoops of rice.

Downloaded the app and got a free guacamole reward with a $5 minimum. Order a $30 meal and app kept saying it doesn’t meet the $5 minimum. Brought the app into store to show the employees what’s happening hoping to get the guacamole and the workers were very rude and said they won’t honor it.

I decide to treat myself after a long day of work (I have three jobs) with some chipotle. I love chipotle so I decided to order online and pickup for some points on the way back from work and guess what? My sour cream order is plain disregarded. Double chicken? I counted 8 1/2 pieces. When I shook my bowl at home it was half empty. Frustrated, sad, disappointed, hurt, there is no other way for me to get my anger out etc. I’ll still be eating here though
